To make palak kebabs delicious filling, simply add chopped cashews, fresh coriander leaves, cumin powder and coriander powder. Keep it aside for the time being. Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin, asafoetida, carom seeds and spinach in oil. Take it off the flame. When it cools down, add curd and gram flour to the roasted spinach and mix it well. Once it is mixed, make round shaped kebabs and stuff the cashew nut filling in the center. Fry the kebabs lightly till golden brown.
