WP Engine UK recognized as the best workplace in tech

WP Engine UK has been named as one of the UK’s best workplaces in tech by the global authority on workplace culture, after becoming Great Place to Work-certified earlier this year.

WP Engine UK, (which includes our London team and members of our remote UK team) is ranked as one of the top mid-sized companies listed by Great Place to Work® UK. Globally, the Best Workplace™ survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people’s behaviour.

The methodology that makes up the UK Best Workplace™ ranking is one of the most rigorous and highly sought after – and is regarded as the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards. Companies eligible for the UK’s Best Workplace™ in the Tech Medium Sized Company category need to meet the following criteria: 51-250 employees and the Great Place to Work Trust Index © Excellent in Employee Survey. The ranking confirms that:

  • WP Engine UK employees feel a strong sense of trust, fairness, pride, camaraderie and well-being because of how their workplace treats them.

In addition to recognizing organizations in their primary ranked lists, Great Places to Work compiles helpful lists that break down certified Great Places to Work by taking additional factors into account.
